National E & S is pleased to announce that our highly specialized Environmental and Casualty Underwriting team now has an A.M. Best rated A XV insurance carrier that has developed a new and innovative insurance product that will solve potential coverage gaps for Trade Contractors and General Contractors under their General Liability (GL) policy.
Standard ISO General Liability policies will typically exclude coverage for Pollution and Mold claims. This new integrated package policy will address many of today’s complex environmental exposures for non-environmental contractors. The policy will provide General Liability (GL) and Contractor’s Pollution Legal Liability (CPL) with optional coverage for Mold. One policy……less paperwork……and no more last minute scrambling to get Contractors Pollution Liability or Mold coverage in place when project specifications require it.
