Ross Driscoll, CEO

Ross Driscoll is the Chief Executive Officer of the agency. He first obtained his fire and casualty license and life license in 1980 and his Brokers license in 1985. He has been a principal in some of the finest commercial insurance agencies in Southern California. He has a fire and casualty agent/broker license, life license, reinsurance intermediary license, surplus lines license and special surplus lines license. He has also been a principal in an insurance reconstruction company during his career. Ross holds contractor licenses for classes B General Contractor, C-8 Concrete, ASB Asbestos Certification and HIC Home Improvement Certification. He has also completed the AHERA Certification Course for construction supervision of asbestos projects and has attained the professional designation of Certified Restorer from the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. Additionally he has provided expert witness testimony, consulting services and appraisals. His relationships with underwriters and 29 years of commercial insurance experience coupled with prior construction and insurance claims experience allows National E & S to have agency appointments with the premiere underwriters of environmental coverage, trade contractors, and general contractors in the United States. Ross obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from New Mexico State University in the Summer of 1979. Ross attended NMSU on a football scholarship where he earned first team all conference honors as a senior on the 1978 conference championship team.

Jeff has been with National E & S for 6 years. He is a nationally known insurance professional specializing in fire/water restoration contractors, artisan contractors, general contractors, and all types of environmental risks. He has been in the insurance industry for the last 11 years and has vast experience and outstanding market relationships that will help you with all of your hard to place risks. Jeff enjoys traveling anywhere with an ocean nearby so that he may pursue his passion for fishing and being on the water.

Will Smith, Independent Consultant, joined us as Online Marketing Director in December 2009. His responsibilities include managing our website, Search Engine Optimization strategies, Search Marketing & Email Marketing campaigns, and Social Media interactions.
Will graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills in the late 90's. After teaching for a few years, he decided to make the jump into technology. Hehas a wealth of knowledge and experience in the technology industry from previous jobs. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as a Lead Software Instructor and support person at CompUSA in Redondo Beach. From 2002 to 2006 he served as a Software Training Specialist and top tier support person for Microsoft Office products and hospital applications at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as a Technical Training Specialist at Yahoo! He left Yahoo! to start his own business called Antelope Valley Techies.
In his spare time, he enjoys taking his kids to parks, hanging out on Facebook, playing tennis, and substitute teaching for the local school districts.
